Medium frequency transformers

Medium-frequency (MF) transformers used in portable and robotic welding guns and are result of recent advances in resistance welding technology. They are powered by transistor inverter, supplying wave AC 500V and 1000Hz which is converted by the MF transformer to a low voltage high current AC. This low voltage AC current is rectified to DC by a diode block built into the transformer.
Characteristics: Compact and lightweight, fully-cast design. Water-cooled secondary circuit. ISO H and J size integrated transgun style according to standard 10656/1996.
